PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-tilling transplanter stabilizing a planted figure of seedling without inducing a floated seedling from a planted seeding because remaining much soil on a groove of tilled trace by providing the transplanter with an action body acting to return mud lumps splashed by a tilling device to the tilled trace. ;SOLUTION: An action body 102 acting to return mud lumps splashed by a tilling device 90 to a tilled trace is installed at the rear of a proceeding direction of the tilling device 90 tilling the surface soil in the field in a breadth necessary to transplant the seedling. The action body 102 is made of an elastic material such as rubber and preferably its bottom end is attached to the surface soil face in a side view, a lower part is cracked to right and left, a gap is formed at the central part of the right and left in a rear view and the central part is made to have a backwardly folded shape in a plan view.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
