Monocytes are extracted from blood, reproduced in cultural medium with 1-20 mcg/l of cell growth factor M-CSF and cultivated for 24-72 hours in cultural medium with 0.1-20 ng/ml of interferon γ-IFN. Further the cells are extracted from cultural medium. For cell CD3 and CD14 expression antibodies produced by hybridoma DSM ACC2542 are used.
