PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the tilting depth for transplantation at an appropriate level in the non-tillage transplantation. ;SOLUTION: In a non-tilted seedling transplanter which is equipped with a plowing unit which plows the surface soil of the crop field by the width needed for transplanting seedlings, a shock absorbing spring 42 is set between the actuator to lift and lower the transplanting device and the same and a regulator 47 is installed so that the extension of the spring may be made switchable between the regulated mode and the unregulated one.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
