PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture powder of uniformly distributed particles, a porous formed body having uniform pore distribution and a powder impregnated formed body having high powder impregnation rate by solidifying a slurry comprising a powder and an org. solvent and then sublimating the org. solvent. ;SOLUTION: This method includes the following processes (a)-(d). (a) An org. solvent having 10-60°C melting point and 100-300°C boiling point and at least two kinds of powder having different specific gravity are kneaded in a pot mill 10 at a temp. higher than the melting point of the org. solvent to prepare a uniform slurry. (b) The obtd. uniform slurry is cooled to a temp. lower than the melting point of the org. solvent while kneaded in a pot mill 10 to solidify the slurry. (c) The solidified slurry is put in a drying machine 12 and the slurry is maintained at a temp. lower than the melting point of the org. solvent to sublimate and remove the solvent to obtain an aggregated powder. (d) The aggregated powder is pulverized to obtain a uniform mixture powder. The drying machine is a vacuum drying machine and the org. solvent is preferably sublimated and removed under reduced pressure.
