PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and stably arrange reinforcing bars in the form of a concrete product in a lattice form by providing a downwardly opened engaging and placing part having an almost recessed shape to the leading end part of an almost cylindrical fitting part. ;SOLUTION: The crossing part of reinforcing bars 9, 9a... is arranged to the slit 15 of a fitting part 11 in the state fitted with a cap 10 and the rotation of the fitting part 11 is prevented by the reinforcing bar 9a traversing the reinforcing bar 9 fitted with the cap 10 and, therefore, the up and down positioning of the engaging and placing part 13 can be performed and this state is kept. By engaging the horizontal part of the engaging and placing part 13 of the cap 10 to place the same on the pin 5, a latice like reinforcing bar 8 is horizontally or vertically held in a form 1 at a predetermined interval position from the bottom plate 2 or partition plate of the form and, in this state, the protruding part of the front 20 of the engaging and placing part 13 is brought into contact with the side plates 4, 4a... of the form.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
