PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and stably arrange reinforcing bars in the form of a concrete product in a lattice form by providing an almost H-shaped engaging and placing part to the leading end of an almost cylindrical fitting part. ;SOLUTION: The crossing part of reinforcing bars is arranged in the slit 16 of a fitting part 12 in the state fitted with a cap 10 and the rotation of the fitting part 11 is prevented by the reinforcing bar traversing the reinforcing bar fitted with a cap 11 and, therefore, the up and down positioning of the engaging and placing part 14 can be performed and this state is kept. By engaging one recessed part downwardly opened in the engaging and placing part 14 of the cap 11 with a pin to place the same on the pin, a lattice like reinforcing bar is vertically held in the form at a predetermined interval position from a partition plate and, in this state, the protruding parts 23, 23a... of the front 22 of the engaging end placing part 14 are brought into contact with the side plate of a form.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
