There is with a split manner of the aforementioned racemic mixture which consists of the fact that subject of this invention reacting with the palladium or platinum complex the new optical active bis [1 phospha 2,3 diphenyl 4,5 jimechirunoruborunajien] diphosphine and the bis [1 phospha 2,3 diphenyl 4,5 jimechirunoruborunajien] racemic mixture as a kiraru aid in the organicity solvent, forms the diastereoisomer complex, next optically splits the pure aforementioned complex. As for this invention, the new optical active metal complex which includes aforementioned phosphine and, , unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or with the manipulation which hydrogenates the derivative optical active carboxylic acid and/or it regards with also the use of the aforementioned complex in the manner which produces the derivative.
