PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the construction with an extremely light weight, dispense with any skilled technique, shorten the term of works, and integrate a foamed body block to concrete to provide excellent heat insulating property and enhance the strength. ;SOLUTION: A pair of foamed body blocks 2, 2 formed of a synthetic resin material are connected in the mutually opposed state by a plurality of connecting plates 9, 9,..., whereby a concrete filling space A is formed between the foamed blocks 2, 2. Each foamed body block 2 has a fitting protruding part on the upper surface, a fitting recessed part on the lower surface, and an engaging protruding linear part 5 and an engaging recessed groove 6 on both end surfaces, respectively.
