PURPOSE: To enhance the work efficiency by providing a wheel-car body where a blade is installed in such a manner as to freely elevate with a ground distance detecting sensor and an arithmetic device, and automatically raising the blade according to the sinking amount of the car body during leveling of ground. ;CONSTITUTION: A car body 1 is provided with a sensor 8 for detecting the distance to the road surface 4 and an angle sensor 17 for detecting the angle of inclination of a blade (earth removing plate) 4, and a control device of a cylinder 6 for elevating the blade 4 is provided with a storage circuit, a comparison circuit, and an arithmetic circuit. At the time of leveling the road surface, the amount of the car body's sinking in the road surface A is detected, and according to the sinking amount, the supply of pressure oil to the cylinder 6 is controlled to automatically raise the blade 4. Further, the height of waviness of a wheel base pitch is detected, and at the time of traveling from the mountain to the valley, the blade 4 is controlled to be lowered or raised for only the half of the height of waviness.
