PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shelf stability and handleability of an alga-containing tastily seasoned dried food, capable of preventing change in quality of constituent components of the dried food and fastening granules by adding a specific cell to the dried food. ;SOLUTION: A cell of an alga of the genus Thraustochytrium and Schizochytrium is added to a raw material in production of an alga-containing tastily seasoned dried food or to a finished product. The cell is collected by a method such as centrifugal separation from a culture solution, washed with water, dehydrated by a method such as spray drying and is added in a powdery, granular or flaky state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
