PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new antibody specific to para-nitrophenoxy organic phosphorous compounds and enabling to simultaneously measure plural kinds of left agrochemicals by using the combination of a specific para-nitrophenoxyalkyl derivative with a biological polymer carrier as an immunogen. ;SOLUTION: The combination of a papa-nitrophenoxyalkyl derivative of formula I (R¹ is a functional group capable of binding to a carrier; X is CH₂, CH₂O, CH₂CH₂O, COO, CONH; n is an integer of 1-7; PhNO₂ is para-nitrophenyl) with the carrier is used as an immunogen to obtain the new antibody which specifically reacts with two or more kinds of compounds of formula II [A is a group of formula III (R² is a 1-4C alkoxy, phenoxy; R³ is a 1-4C alkoxy), a 1-4C alkyl)]. The antibody enables to measure several kinds of left agrochemicals in a measurement operation. The antibody is obtained by administering the combination of the compound of formula I [e.g. 1-(paral- nitrophenoxy)butyric acid] with a biological polymer carrier (e.g. ovalbumin as an immunogen into an animal such as mouse.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
