TEMPERATURE ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR WIND TUNNEL TEST MODEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive general-purpose adjusting device by planting a large number of heat medium flow pipes, flexible and covering the surface of a model, between lateral headers extended in a wind feed direction of a measuring part. ;SOLUTION: A large number of heat medium flow pipes 23 are planted between lateral headers 21, 22 extended in the wind feed direction of a measuring part 19. A vinyl tube or the like is used as the flow pipe 23 so as to be flexible and to prevent a passage from being crushed. The flow pipe 23 is formed into length increased by about 30% to the width dimension of the measuring part 19. In order to plant the flow pipes 23 without clearance, the headers 21, 22 have connecting holes to the flow pipes 23, formed in two or three rows or more. A heat medium 27 of the requested temperature is fed from a heat medium inlet part 25 formed at the end part or the header 21, and the neat medium 27 such as hot water is made flow to the flow pipes 23 to heat the surface of a model 29 to the desired temperature. The heat medium 27 having heated the model 29 is taken out to the outside from a heat medium outlet 26 formed at the end part of the header 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
