PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize the low-cost heating medium supplied from a district cooling and heating system in a demander's building. ;SOLUTION: In a building 5a in which heating medium such as chilled water or steam is supplied from a district cooling and heating plant 3, the mutual relation of various causes of utilizing the medium is clarified, demand control of first, second and third controls is automatically conducted by a DDC 31, the basic contract amount of the medium is reduced to utilize the efficient cost performance. For example, in the case of cooling, the first control raises the supply air temperature of a conditioned air supply unit and lowers the dehumidifying amount. Further, it reduces the quantity of outdoor air intake and further raises the cooling set temperature.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
