PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a pattern over a long period of time without abrading the same by integrally curing a pattern along with a silicone type elastomer material to detach a transfer plate and integrally curing the silicone type elastomer material before detaching the same from a mold. ;SOLUTION: A desired code 4 is printed on the printing surface 50a of a transfer plate 50 by using silicone type printing ink capable of being integrated with a silicone type elastomer to be vulcanized. Succeedingly, the printing surface 50a is turned upwardly and a positioning pin 60 is inserted into the transfer plate 50 to position and fix the transfer plate 50 to perform mold clamping. Next, an upper mold 30 is filled with a liquid hard silicone type elastomer material and a lower mold 40 is filled with a soft silicone type elastomer material. After mold opening, the transfer plate 50 is detached from a mold to again perform mold clamping and the silicone type elastomer member in an upper layer cavity 31 and the silicone type elastomer member in a lower layer cavity 41 are perfectly fused through a fusing surface 5 to be integrated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
