PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the tilting operation without providing a separate actuator by forming a mast so that the width of an upper part thereof is larger than that of a lower part thereof. ;SOLUTION: Guides 5, 6 are respectively fixed to a front and a rear surfaces of a mast 1 so as to form a narrow width part B1, in which the guides 5, 6 do not exist, and a wide width part B2, in which the guides 5, 6 exist. A roller 4b is supported by a bracket 3 obliquely over a roller 4a so that a distance L between the both is maintained constant. Furthermore, when the roller 4 exists in the narrow width part B1, a fork 2 is projected in the horizontal direction at a right angle against the mast 1. Consequently, when a bracket 3 is raises along the mast 1, the roller 4 arrives a flat part through taper parts 5a, 6a. At this stage, the distance L is maintained constant, but the width, namely a horizontal dimension, of a part, on which the roller 4 abuts, is increased for transference from the width of the narrow width part B1 to the wide width part B2.
