PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, to miniaturize a device and to make the device inexpensive by moving a plate where an OCR part,. a printing part, a stamp part and a range shifting part are mounted in a direction orthogonally crossed with the carrying direction of a medium. SOLUTION: When the plate 70 of a moving unit 14 is moved in the direction (direction Y) orthogonally crossed with the medium carrying direction (direction X), the OCR part 7, the printing part 9, the stamp part 10 and the range shifting part 8 mounted on the plate are simultaneously moved in the same direction. In this case, by arbitrarily changing the carrying amount of the medium (moving amount in the direction X) and the moving amount of the plate 70 (moving amount in the direction Y), for all the positions of the medium (X-Y coordinate positions), printing, stamping, the read of OCR data, medium range shifting and bias correction are performed just by the drive of a motor for carrying the medium and the motor for moving the plate. Thus, by a miniaturized and simple mechanism, regardless of the size of the medium, the processing of printing and stamping, etc., are quickly performed to an optional medium.
