PBX-COMPUTER INTERLOCKING SYSTEM, PBX AND ITS INTERLOCKING METHOD

PURPOSE: To provide a PBX-computer interlocking system in which each telephone terminal contained in a PBX has provision for all of lots of diversified application programs. ;CONSTITUTION: Terminal control information including identification information corresponding to the service is outputted from servers 40a, b, c to a PBX 18 and the identification number inputted to the PBX 18 is stored in a computer control memory 32 corresponding to the telephone terminals a, b, c,... respectively so that the PBX 18 and the servers 40a, b, c,... execute plural services to the telephone terminals 12a, b, c,... contained in the PBX 18 interlockingly. While the identification number is registered in the PBX 18, when a service is caused in the PBX 18, the server 40 corresponding to the service and the application registered in the server 40 are discriminated based on the content of the identification number corresponding to the service and the service corresponding to the application is executed by the discriminated server and the PBX 18 interlockingly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
