PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a matrix resin-free concrete structure-reinforcing fiber material which can give a strength to a concrete structure, has shelf stability, light weight in constructing the structure, excellent in draping properties without temperature dependency on the environment of the construction with good operability, and to provide a method for reinforcing a concrete structure and a reinforced concrete structure. ;SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin fiber sheet 2 having through-holes through which a resin can pass is arranged on at least one surface of a sheet of reinforcing fiber sheet 1 in which the fibers are paralleled in one direction and both of them are fused to each other. Since this reinforcing fiber material is not impregnated with a matrix resin, the operability is improved, when the reinforcing fiber material is allowed to adhere to a concrete structure. The impregnation of the reinforcing fiber material with a matrix resin is carried out so that the resin applied to the lower layer of the material may rise up through the layer, the bubbles in the fiber layer are excluded.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
