PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the construction of a reinforced concrete structure which includes a portion which is scheduled for destruction, and to easily and positively destroy the portion with good cost efficiency in a short period of time without using expensive members. ;SOLUTION: A reinforcing material 1 to be arranged at a portion of a reinforced concrete structure 100, which is scheduled for destruction, is constituted of a main body pipe 2 formed of a conductive hollow pipe and an electrode member 3 slidably inserted into the main body pipe 2 while an interval being ensured between the pipe and the number, and an electrolyte 4 is interposed at least between the main body pipe 2 and the electrode member 3. In this state, voltage is impressed between the main body pipe 2 and the electrode member 3, and therefore an internal wall of the main body pipe 2 is anode- dissolved and hence rendered fragile.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
