PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with previous installation of a hanging metal fitting to a deck plate by providing a sandwich type magnetic circuit, in which both sides in the magnetic pole direction of a permanent magnet are clamped by yokes and setting the length in the attraction direction and a residual magnetic flux density of the permanent magnet and a saturated magnetic flux density and the width of the yoke satisfy a specific formula. ;SOLUTION: For passing a magnetic flux through a deck plate 4 from a magnetic attraction member 25 maximally efficiently, a magnetic flux quantity ϕm generated from a permanent magnet 26 per a unit length and a magnetic flux quantity ϕy flowing in a yoke 27 satisfy the following relationship; ϕm≥ϕy. When a magnetic flux quantity ϕm per a unit length generated from the permanent magnet 26 equals Br×(h) (Br represents a residual magnetic flux density, (h) represents the length in the attraction direction) and a magnetic flux quantity ϕy per a unit length flowing through the yoke 27 equals Bss×(w) (Bss represents a saturated magnetic flux of the yoke 27, (w) represents the width of the yoke 27), then Br×(h)≥Bss×(w).
