PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memo table enclosed in the armrest of the chair of which movement is made not to bother the people around by a simple mechanism capable of pulling onward and turn the armrest easily. SOLUTION: A support united with a round point and a pair of foot pieces is fixed onto the upper part of an enclosure 5. Trunnions 24, 24 mounted on both sides of the parallel brackets 22, 22 put on a base 21 of a turning arm 20 are catched into the holes on the foot pieces. A base 33 of a memo table turn axis 31 sustained along a long edge 28 of the turning arm is shaped to have the ellipse edge face so that it's hung on and off the round pit easily. A tension by a spring 10 put in the enclosure 5 is working anytime on a pin 26 fixed on between the brackets 22, 22. Thus the memo table turning axis base 33 is catches and held in the round pit when the table is held horizontal, while it's enclosed automatically by its own weight and the spring tension once came to vertical position.
