PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air seeding greening for afforesting a disaster area of volcanic eruption, a debris flow site, an affected area of forest fire, etc., and to obtain an air seeding greening material used therefor. SOLUTION: This air seeding greening material is obtained by blending greening bags for ecosystem maintenance obtained by packing a plant growth base material, a plant seed and a substance for a porous structure in a baggy material formed by using any of a net, a nonwoven fabric and a woven fabric made of a natural fiber such as a plant, an animal to be decayed, etc., with greening pellets obtained by compressing molding the plant growth base material and the plant seed. The air seeding green material is put in a bucket and is scattered by aerial application by a helicopter or an aircraft.
