PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable synchronous processing from any module among plural modules by providing a synchronizing signal input/output function at each module, connecting the synchronizing signal input/output functions of the respective modules through a synchronizing signal communication line and starting the processing in accordance with the input of a synchronizing signal. ;SOLUTION: The inside of equipment of a network system for equipment control is divided into plural modules 7-9, and the modules 7-9 are connected by a token passing protocol type LAN. Inside these modules 7-9, control functions 1 and 2 for controlling the present modules, LAN control functions 3 and 4 for controlling the token passing protocol type LAN while being connected to the control functions 1 and 2 and synchronizing signal input/output functions 5 and 6 for transmitting the synchronizing signals while controlling input/output directions through the control functions 1 and 2 are provided. Then, a synchronizing signal line 12 for transmitting the synchronizing signal is added into a bus line for connecting the modules 7-9 and according to the input of the synchronizing signal, processing is started.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
