TEMPERATURE MONITORING DEVICE FOR FRESH TEA LEAF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh tea leaf management chamber for preventing the quality from declining due to respiration heat during storage for heaped fresh tea leaves. ;SOLUTION: In the fresh tea leaf management chamber, the heat sensing sensor of a non-contact type is attached to a freely turnable driving device so as to monitor the fresh tea leaves over the entire area of the fresh tea leaf management chamber while the heat sensing surface of the heat sensing sensor set at an upper part in a ceiling direction is turned to a lower part. A means for operating a cooling fan and specifying the position of an abnormal tea temperature constituted of a temperature monitoring part for monitoring the temperature of the fresh tea leaves by the signals of the heat sensing sensor is formed.
