PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an exact gap adjustment and exact quantity control of an exact capacity type possible over the entire part of a web width by forming many flow passage gaps regulated for a liquid or pasty medium dividedly to a comb shape in a quantity control gap formed between an advance side lip and an exit side lip. ;SOLUTION: A molded line piece 30 which is the quantity control gap composed as a free jet nozzle is arranged between the advance side lip 4 and the exit side lip 8 and is communicated with a fluid passage 14 formed to be continuously narrowed toward the molded line piece 30. The molded line piece 30 itself is divided to the comb shape to form the many flow passage gaps 32 regulated for the liquid or pasty medium 12.
