PURPOSE: To prevent mis-operation of plant equipment due to mis-interpretation of an operation manual by realizing unification of description method including names of equipments and operations or the like described in the operation manual. ;CONSTITUTION: The system is provided with an equipment state database 11 in which schematic diagrams for the entire plant equipments, a list of operations selectable for each equipment, and states of each equipment are registered, an operation object equipment entry means 13 selecting an operation object equipment from a site status diagram displayed based on contents of the database 11, an operation entry means 14 selecting the operation executed for a selected equipment from the operation list in the database 11, an operation manual management means 15 registering an operation manual comprising a series of operation procedures consisting of combinations of selected equipments and operations as one operation procedure to an operation manual management database 16, a manual transmission means 17 sending the operation manual to a site operation support equipment 20, and an equipment state revision means 18 updating the content of the equipment state database 11 based on the equipment state after the operation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
