PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar inductor mounted stably with stable performance, and an electronic component with the planar inductor. ;SOLUTION: In an inductor 11, each magnetic film is provided on both sides of coils 111 and 112 with an insulating film in between, and each electrode pad 111a, 111b, 112a or 112b connected to each coil end has a conductive projected part 12. The inductor 11 is put on wirings 15 and 16 on a board 14 and the conductive projected part 12 on the electrode pads 11a and 11b is connected directly to the wiring 15, while the projected part 12 on the electrode pads 12a and 12b is connected directly to the wiring 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
