BELT CONVEYOR FOR RETURNING OFF-SPECIFICATION CRUSHED STONE IN CONCRETE WASTE MATERIAL RECYCLE PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a risk of off-specification crushed stones falling to the surroundings during conveyance of the off-specification crushed stones. ;SOLUTION: A belt conveyor is formed in such a manner to be incorporated in such a state that off-specification crushed stones dropped from the side edge, situated downstream, of a screening plate is conveyed from below to above and returned to a crusher or other crusher, in a concrete waste material recycle plant having a selection device provided with a vibration screening plate which receives stones crushed by a crusher from the crusher and drops within- specification crushed stones smaller than a certain size through given size holes and drops off-specification stones larger than the certain size from a side edge situated downstream. A cover member 3 for preventing a fall of off-specification crushed stones is stretched on the upper side of the feed surface for the off- specification crushed stones of the belt 2 of a belt conveyor body 1 for a return.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
