PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality agricultural product such as rice in high yield by blending, spraying or injecting bed soil or a bed liquid with a specific substance or pouring the substance to the bed soil or the bed liquid as an early operation in culture of an agricultural product. SOLUTION: Bed soil or a bed liquid is blended, sprayed or injected with a crustacean (e.g. opossum shrimp) dried by far infrared light treatment or its extracted solution in an amount properly selected so as to preferably grow a seed or a seedling of an agricultural product. Or soil in a field for transplanting a seedling in culture of a rice plant, etc., or an upland for culturing other agricultural products or culture water in hydroponics is mixed, sprayed or injected with the crustacean dried by far infrared light treatment or its extracted solution in an amount properly selected so as to preferably grow a plant of an agricultural product.
