PURPOSE: To provide a panel provided with sound-absorbing and sound-insulating effects and its fitting structure which reduces man-days and the term of the construction and costs and miniaturizes a panel. ;CONSTITUTION: Grooves 6 are formed at the nearly middle position in the panel thickness, along the longitudinal direction of the panel, at the upper and lower ends 1a, 1b of the sound-absorption panel 1. The protrusion 7 of the rearface side is made lower than the protrusion of the front face side, in the height from the groove bottom. The front face shape of the panel is made to enable close contact with the adjacent panels. A recession 9 is formed linearly at the center of the rear face side. A fitting member 3 has an H-shaped section and the lower end thereof forms a fixing part 10 and the upper end thereof forms a fitting part 12 fitted to the adjacent sound-absorptive panels 1, 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
