PURPOSE: To easily and securely grasp the state of a warning destination on the side of a center device by storing an image picked up by a monitor camera and a speech picked up by a microphone when a crime prevention sensor operates while a watch state is set. ;CONSTITUTION: When the crime prevention sensor 23 outputs an alarm signal while the watch state is set, a control part 37 stores an image signal and a speech signal in an image memory 33 and a speech memory 34 respectively and dials the telephone number of the center device. Once the center device is engaged with a line, the data are read out of the image memory 33 and speech memory 34 automatically and sent to the center device under the command of the center device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
