PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damage, strain, and deformation, keep dust collecting efficiency and continuous stable operation, and prevent corrosion by using an austenitic stainless steel with high pitting resistance, high acid resistance, and high strength, e.g. SUS 316, YUS 170, YUS 260, for electrodes. ;SOLUTION: An austenitic stainless steel with high pitting resistance, high acid resistance, and high strength, e.g. SUS 316, YUS 170, YUS 260, is used for dust collecting electrode plate. The thickness of a dust collecting electrode plate main body part 15 is set to be about 1mm to about 2mm. Reinforcing materials are installed respectively in an upper part, a lower part, both side parts, and a middle part. The upper part reinforcing material 11 receives the all load of the dust collecting electrode plate, so that a relatively large material of a flat steel is used for the material 11. A flat steel is used for the lower part reinforcing material 12. An equal angle steels are used for the both side reinforcing material 13. A T-steel is installed as the middle part reinforcing material 14 at a prescribed pitch. Respective reinforcing materials are assembled by using bolts and nuts 16 in order to avoid thermal strain by welding.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
