PURPOSE: To quickly, reliably and firmly fix a water blocking tape to the periphery of a cable core by simple work. ;CONSTITUTION: Superposing pressure sensitive adhesive layers 5 are arranged in a width directional one end part of a tape main body of a water blocking tape 4.
