FERMENTATION TREATING DEVICE AND FERMENTATION TREATMENT FOR MUDDY ORGANIC WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermentation treating device and a treatment method which necessitate a smaller floor area and are capable of efficiently executing composting treatment of muddy org. matter. SOLUTION: A fermentation tank 1 is freely rotatably and horizontally installed and is provided at its both ends with a screw conveyor 17 for charging raw materials and a box 31 for taking out. An air supply main pipe 32 is introduced from the outer side of this box 31 for taking out into the fermentation tank 1. Plural pieces of branch pipes 33 for blowing off air branched from the introducing end are introduced near to the inner peripheral surface in the lower part of the peripheral wall of the fermentation tank 1 and are so disposed as to extend in the longitudinal direction thereof. The horizontal extending ends of these pipes are bored with air blow-off holes. On the other hand, the pipe parts led outside are connected to a blower device 48 for discharge. The recycling fermentation to repeat the taking of the composting-treated material of the muddy org. waste out of the fermentation tank 1, mixing this material with the prescribed amt. of the muddy org. waste and charging the mixture into the fermentation tank 1 via the screw conveyor for charging the raw materials is executed.
