ULTRAVIOLET STERILIZER FOR RUNNING WATER IN WATER CULTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet sterilizer free from the loss of the illuminance of ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, able to kill pathogenic bacteria contained in a solution and also suppress the proliferation of the pathogenic bacteria and capable of accelerating the cultivation of crops. ;SOLUTION: This sterilizer is constituted as follows. A water-flow body 6 having an uneven surface is placed under a sterilizing lamp 2 in such a state as to have the front side at a lower position. Further, an inlet tank 7 having a filter 8 is placed in a water-flow part of the main body 1 of a sterilizing apparatus and, furthermore, an outlet tank 9 is placed in an outlet part.
