PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain self-exciting vibrations of a waste gas system even during low combustion load operation and keep a stable firing of radiant tube burners to prevent generation of soot and blow-out of the burners. ;SOLUTION: In a device, combustion waste gas from radiant tube burners mounted on two or more radiant tubes 12 is discharged outside through waste gas pipes 14, manifold pipes 15, a plenum chamber 16 and a pressure regulating damper 18. The manifold pipes 15 are provided with vibration control dampers 24. When the radiant tube burners 13 reach the low firing load region, the opening degrees of the vibration control dampers 24 are regulated based on a control target value corresponding to a specified pressure drop of the vibration control dampers 24 to restrain the self-exciting vibration of the waste gas piping system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
