PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a magnetic card from being forget or altered and take out data related to an attack from a forged ticket. SOLUTION: When a magnetic card 1 is issued, issuance data are recorded to an S magnetic body 4a of a one-time recording track 4. The issuance data are held by the S magnetic body with a considerably high holding force. A direct current erasure magnetic field is applied to front half of the one-time recording track 4 when the magnetic card 1 is processed. Therefore, whether or not the magnetic card 1 is a forgery can be checked from whether the issuance data recorded at the first half of the one-time recording track 4 are erased or left without being erased. Even when the magnetic card is forgery, the time of the forgery can be detected from the issuance institution, issuance number, etc., remaining at rear half part A of the one-time recording track 4.
