PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distill materials, especially natural materials such as plants, trees, while keeping complicated compositions and complicated molecular structures which natural materials originally have as natural as possible. ;SOLUTION: Steam generated in a steam generating part A is further accelerated due to additional electron moving state of hydrogen and hydrogen monoxide in an electron addition controlling part E. The resultant steam is sprayed to an aiming material which is set in an evaporating part B. Steam containing a distilled material is cooled in a condensing part C and separated into two layers of an oil component and a water-soluble component in a separating part B. The water-soluble component is turned back again to the steam generating part A, passes the electron addition controlling part E, and is used in the distillation and separation route. An electron addition controlling part E may be set between the evaporating part B and the condensing part C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
