FILLER, PRODUCTION METHOD OF THE SAME AND DISTILLATION SEPARATION METHOD AND DISTILLATION SEPARATION APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler capable of realizing a distillation method and a distillation apparatus where a reflux ratio and the theoretical number of stages are drastically reduced and the pressure loss of a distillation tower can be reduced to a practical level and to provide the distillation method and the distillation apparatus using the filler.;SOLUTION: A distillation separation apparatus 1 is used for separating light water (H₂O) containing tritium water (HTO or T₂O) supplied as a stock solution to tritium water L5 having higher concentration than the stock solution and tritium water L4 having lower concentration than the stock solution. The distillation separation apparatus 1 comprises: a filling type multistage distillation tower 2; a reboiler 3 vaporizing a storage liquid at the tower bottom of the distillation tower 2 by heating; and a condenser 4 liquefying steam supplied from the top of the distillation tower 2 by cooling. The filler of the distillation tower 2 is made of a metal base material (made of stainless steel) having a rough surface and a prescribed shape, the surface of the filler is formed with an NaX type zeolite film and "prescribed shape" means a shape suitable as the filler.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
