PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability by housing a young plant and a seed or the like of a tree in a bag body composed of a corrosive raw material together with soil or a vegetative base material. ;SOLUTION: A vegetative pot P is composed of a bag body 1 composed of corrosive nonwoven fabric, a vegetative base material 2 filled inside of it and a young plant or a seed of a tree whose seedling is raised in the pot P. Next, in the case of execution work, the pot P is hitched on a net 17 having a fertilizer bag 16 laid on a slope face 15, and is fixed by spraying a spraying base material with which a peat moss, park compost or the like are blended. Next, therefore, flowing-away and frost heaving of the pot P can be prevented, and main roots reliably elongates toward the slope face 15, and a tree grows without the smallest strain. the pot P is installed on a seedling raising bed inclined according to an inclination of the slope face, and seedlings of almost the same standard in a condition where a tree shape and a root spreading way close to vegetation on the slope face, can be efficiently produced in large numbers.
