CHARGING OF RAW GREEN TEA LEAF INTO STEAMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the quality evaluation result of a raw green tea leaf for green tea processing and improve the processed quality of a green tea manufacturing and processing machine by excluding the setting of set processing conditions of the green tea manufacturing and processing machine by hands. ;SOLUTION: This method for charging a raw green tea leaf into a steamer 9 comprises taking out a group of harvested raw green tea leaves A_r during the conveyance as a sample raw green tea leaf A_s or an individual sample raw green tea leaf A₀ in order to carry out the quality evaluation as to appearance and ingredients of the raw green tea leaves, then setting the processing conditions so as to charge the group of the harvested raw green tea leaves A_r into the steamer 9 after the passage of a treating time T required for quality evaluation required till the completion of the quality evaluation and regulating conditions so that the group of the harvested raw green tea leaves A_r may attain a constant flow rate before at least the one group of the harvested raw green tea leaves A_r is charged into the steamer 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
