PURPOSE: To automatically allocate a limited basic wage raise resource only by setting up a minimum parameter. ;CONSTITUTION: When a total raised wage and the wage allocation rate to each employee for each qualification attribute are specified from an input part (steps S2, S4), the number of persons in each qualification attribute is totalized (step S1) and a fixed amount for basic wage raise allocation per person for each qualification is determined from the total raised wage, the wave allocation rate for each qualification and the number of persons in each qualification (step S6). A new wage is calculated by adding the fixed amount to an original wage for each corresponding qualification stored in a wage file 22 (step 8) and a qualification-stored wage list allowing the new wage for each qualification to correspond to the qualification is printed out by a printing part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
