PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a process with a computer program without using a counter for the counting operation by providing a phase comparing means, a voltage-frequency converting means, a feedback signal generating means and a gate pulse generating means. ;SOLUTION: There are provided a phase comparing means 15 for comparing phases of the input voltages Va, Vb, Vc which are three-phase AC line voltage, namely input multi-phase AC signals and the feedback voltages Va0, Vb0, Vc0 as the feedback multi-phase AC signals, a VCO means 21 as the voltage-frequency converting means for converting an output signal VA2 from an adder 19 into the frequency signal related to voltage through the program process, a feedback signal generating means 23 and a frequency converting means 25 for inputting an output signal VA1 and outputting an output signal f. A gate pulse generating means 30 is formed by the frequency-time converting means 27, phase angle-time converting means 29 and pulse output means 31. Thereby, frequency of the input multi-phase AC signal can be detected quickly and phase control can be realized for the input multi-phase AC signal with higher accuracy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
