PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily cancel the state of catching obstacle or child by stopping a motor-driven floor rise/fall mechanism when a detecting signal is received from an obstacle detecting means in the case of operation for recovering a floor part flat. ;SOLUTION: When any obstacle is caught under a back bottom 3a or a knee bottom 3c and a leg bottom 3d in the case of recovering the back bottom 3a or the knee bottom 3c and the leg bottom 3d from inclined state to ordinary flat state by operating a hand switch 5, the obstacle hits a band-shaped pressure sensor 4, it is judged the obstacle is caught, and an ON signal is issued to a controller 6. Then, the controller 6 judges the execution of simultaneous inputs, namely, simultaneous pushing from a bottom down signal and the ON signal from the hand switch 5 and cuts off power supply to a motor 7 for back up or a motor 8 for leg up and a motor 9 for elevation and the back bottom 3a or the knee bottom 3c and the leg bottom 3d stop operating.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
