PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conversationally input the process information of a part by numerically inputting the man-hour to be imparted to a process. SOLUTION: The process icon of 'rough cutting' is clicked by a mouth, whereby a required man-hour input part 20 is displayed near the process icon of 'rough cutting'. This required man-hour input part 20 can be regulated one hour by one hour by use of the mouse by operating an UP button 20a having an upward arrow marked thereon or a down button 20b having a downward arrow marked thereon. The process icon is clicked by the mouse in this way, whereby a dialog screen which is the required man-hour input means 20 is displayed, and a required man-hour can be inputted by use of this dialog screen.
