RECEIVER FITTING FOR WALING SUPPORT

PURPOSE: To secure a homogeneous receiver fitting suited to the promotion of mass production by forming a presser plate and a tapped hole projection or the like of a support receiver fitting to be attached to the waling of a sheet pile for a excavated ditch wall surface integrally together with a body by means of those of press and burring operations. ;CONSTITUTION: A presser plate 4 and tapped hole projections 6 and 7 of an inverted L-shaped receiver fitting A to be attached to a wal (lateral frame) of a homogeneous sheet-pile C of an excavated ditch where waterworks and sewerage pipes are buried, are integrally formed with a fitting body through one or two processes. These projections are formed by means of burring work, while the presser plate 4 is formed after a vertical plate 1 is cut off and bent. In this case, a space W of the presser plate is made to be larger than the total of height of the projection 6 and thickness of a support face plate 12. Then the receiver fitting A is attached tight to two wales D and D at both sides with nails or the like, the face plate 12 of the support fitting S is inserted into the space W of the presser plate 4, and a small hole 13 of the face plate 12 is fitted in the projection 6, and clamped by a screw or the like.
