BURN-IN BOARD AUTOMATIC TRANSFERRING METHOD BASED ON UNMANNED CONVEYING VEHICLE AND BURN-IN TEST SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish reduction in a cost and in a space, easy alteration of an AGV path, and automatic transfer with high precision in a burn-in test system. SOLUTION: An AGV 2 is provided with a fork 6a placing a carrier rack, an advancing/retreating mechanism advancing/retreating the fork 6a in the Y-direction, a lifting/lowering mechanism 5 lifting/lowering the advancing/ retreating mechanism, and an XY positioning guide correcting a deviation of the collected carrier rack to the fork 6a. A burn-in testing device 1 is provided with positioning guides, which are installed in the four comers of the bottom face so as to match its one side face with the bottom face of a storage place approximately, a plurality of free rollers constituting the bottom face, and an inserting/extracting mechanism for a bun-in board inside the carrier rack.
