PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen body for 'FUDE PEN', which is provided with stiff writing feeling as well as fundamental performances as a pen body while the tip end of a brush will never be deflected by a light pen pressure but is deflected first when some degree of pen pressure is applied and which will give the gemeration, accustomed to a hard pen point such as a ballpoint pen and the like, a hard feeling which facilitates writing. SOLUTION: A pen body is formed through molten resin extrusion molding work and is formed of an outer cover unit 2 as well as a core unit 3, having 36 pieces of respectively independent radial ink capillary tube passages 3c, formed of ribs 3b, extending centripetal direction from the outer shell of the inside of outer shell unit and connected finally to the core unit of a shaft. The configuration of ground tip end as the tip end unit 4 formed in the core unit is specified so that the diameter of the biggest stem of a deflecting unit 4a is 1.8-1.9 mm, the ratio of exposed length of ink capillary tube passage to the length of the deflecting unit is 60-80%, the outer shell unit is made of a polyacetal resin, the core unit is made of a polyester elastomeric resin and the shore D-hardness of the core unit is 48-54.
