PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a building structure body of a medium-high story having the necessary story number by completing a building frame of the uppermost floor on the first floor, and lifting the completed building frame in order from the uppermost floor. ;SOLUTION: A vertically movable raising-lowering beam 3 is interposed in a stand 1 with its left and right outside wall inside surfaces as a guide, and a screw rod 4 suspended so as to penetrate through a top part is inserted into and screw-fitted to a nut member 5 fixed to a central lower part of the raising-lowering beam 3, and is rotated by a driving motor. A connecting beam 11 is arranged in an upper surface rear part of the raising-lowering beam 3, and the lower end of a main column 2 is supported with this front upper surface, and an adjusting block 19 having a spherical surface seat 18 is provided. Parallel two strip load receiving beams 21 which can perpendicularly advance and retreat to a beam of a building and support an under surface of a beam 20 in the vicinity of both sides of the main column 2, are respectively arranged on the left and right of an upper part of the stand 1, and these are supported on support beams 22 and 23 horizontally arranged in front and rear parts between left and right side walls of the stand 1 so as to be longitudinally movable.
