PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a building of a medium-high story having the necessary story number by completing a building frame of the uppermost floor on the first floor, and lifting the completed building frame in order from the uppermost floor. ;SOLUTION: An interventional clearance 4 of beams mutually taking a main column is formed in a stand 1, and a vertically movable raising-lowering beam 5 is interposed, and screw rods 6 suspended to the stand 1 are penetrated on the left and right of this, and are inserted into and screw-fitted to nut members fixed to left and right lower parts of the raising-lowering beam 5, and are driven in rotation by a driving motor. Two load receiving beams 14 are respectively placed in parallel on inside parts of the screw rods 6 inserted into and penetrated through the raising-lowering beam 5 so as to be able to advance and retreat in the longitudinal axis direction, and the load receiving beams 14 are slidably sandwiched between an upper surface of the raising lowering beam 5 and an under surface of a pressing-down beam 18, and reaction of a load applied to these tips is supported with the pressing-down beam 18. Base parts of both side beams mutually taking the main column are supported between the load receiving beams 14, and a building frame on which building work is completed is lifted by a single story.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
